Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking or using any services provided by ODS Plumbing & Heating LTD ("ODS", "we", "us", or "our"). By requesting a quote, making a booking, or using our website at odsplumbingandheating.uk, you agree to be bound by these terms.


1. About Us

ODS Plumbing & Heating LTD is a professional plumbing, heating, and gas engineering company registered in England and Wales under company number 17064436, incorporated on 2 March 2026. Based in Manor Park Road, NW10, London, we serve residential and commercial clients across all London boroughs, providing services including boiler installation and repair, central heating, gas engineering, bathroom fitting, kitchen plumbing, and emergency call-outs. Our engineers are Gas Safe certified and registered.


2. Services

ODS provides the following services (the "Services"):

  • Plumbing & Repairs — including leak detection, burst pipes, general plumbing maintenance and emergency repairs

  • Gas, Boilers & Heating — boiler installation, servicing, repair, central heating systems, and underfloor heating

  • Bathroom Fitting — full suite installation, showers, baths, toilets, tiling

  • Kitchen Plumbing — sink, tap and waste pipe installation

  • Renovations — full bathroom and kitchen renovations and plumbing installations

  • Emergency Call-Outs — 24/7 emergency response across London

The scope of each job will be confirmed prior to commencement via a written or verbal quote.


3. Quotes & Bookings

3.1 All quotes provided by ODS are free of charge and based on information supplied by the client at the time of enquiry.

3.2 Quotes are estimates only. Where the scope of work changes on-site due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., hidden pipework, additional materials required), ODS will notify the client before proceeding with additional work.

3.3 A booking is confirmed only when ODS has acknowledged your request by phone, email, or written communication.

3.4 ODS reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.


4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 Prices for services will be agreed upon before work commences and may be provided as a fixed quote or an estimated rate depending on the nature of the job.

4.2 Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.3 ODS reserves the right to request a deposit for larger renovation projects or material-heavy installations.

4.4 Late or non-payment may result in interest charges and/or legal action to recover outstanding amounts.

4.5 All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable and in accordance with applicable UK law.


5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

5.1 If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please notify ODS at least 24 hours in advance by calling 07404 418 935 or emailing us.

5.2 Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) or failure to provide access to the property may be subject to a call-out or administrative fee.

5.3 ODS reserves the right to reschedule appointments in the event of unforeseen circumstances, staffing issues, or emergencies. We will provide as much notice as possible in such cases.


6. Your Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the work required and any known hazards on the property

  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time

  • Ensure the work area is reasonably clear before engineers arrive

  • Notify ODS of any pre-existing conditions or previous work carried out by third parties that may affect the job

  • Not interfere with work in progress

ODS accepts no liability for delays or defects caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.


7. Workmanship Guarantee

7.1 All work carried out by ODS is completed by qualified, Gas Safe registered engineers to a professional standard.

7.2 This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, normal wear and tear, or pre-existing faults unrelated to ODS's work.

7.3 Manufacturer warranties on parts and materials supplied by ODS are subject to the respective manufacturer's terms.


8. Liability

8.1 ODS carries full public liability insurance. Details are available upon request.

8.2 ODS shall not be liable for:

  • Damage to property caused by pre-existing defects or conditions not disclosed to ODS prior to work commencing

  • Consequential or indirect losses (e.g., loss of income, temporary accommodation costs)

  • Events outside our reasonable control, including supply chain delays, extreme weather, or emergency call-out prioritisation

8.3 Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total value of the work undertaken under the relevant booking.


9. Gas Safe Compliance

All gas work, including boiler installations, gas pipe work, and appliance servicing, is carried out strictly in accordance with UK Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998. ODS engineers are registered with the Gas Safe Register, and certificates of compliance will be provided upon completion of qualifying gas work.


10. Website Use

10.1 The content of odsplumbingandheating.uk is provided for general information purposes only and is subject to change without notice.

10.2 Prices, service availability, and engineer availability displayed or described on this website are indicative only and subject to confirmation.

10.3 ODS does not guarantee that the website will always be available or error-free.

10.4 Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.


11. Privacy & Data

Your personal data (name, contact details, address, and job details) is collected and used solely to manage your booking and deliver our services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where necessary to fulfil a service (e.g., specialist subcontractors). 12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
